Operator Fundamentals 101 is the first step in your becoming a refrigeration operator. It is designed to be a strong foundation in industrial refrigeration systems and their maintenance. This course bridges the knowledge gap from new hire to Operator 1 training. It focuses on the basics of ammonia awareness, critical system components and what they do, and how to determine if something is wrong. It also serves as excellent training for operators to be qualified doing rounds.

Operator Fundamentals 201 follows up on our groundbreaking Operator Fundamentals 101, and Operator 1 courses. When you come back from Operator 1 its time to get to work. But what does that mean? Can I do all the PM’s in the plant? What about breakdown maintenance? The reality is that you can still only do what you have been trained on. In Operator Fundamentals 201 we dive into the most fundamental PM’s and Safety policies to get started maintaining a refrigeration system. These classes will enable you to keep yourself safe, while still doing some of the most fundamental maintenance tasks in ammonia refrigeration. Each class has a quiz at the end to verify understanding and a test to pass the course.

This OSHA 8-Hour HAZMAT Refresher Course is designed for workers who have previously completed OSHA 24HR and 40HR HAZWOPER training and must complete annual refresher training to remain compliant with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120. This course reviews key safety principles for hazardous materials, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), site control procedures, and emergency response protocols but with a focus on ammonia refrigeration systems and the specific problems they face.
