Can’t Find Purchased Training?

  • Navigate to “My Courses” in your dashboard.

Video or Quiz Not Loading?

  • Refresh your browser or clear the cache.

3. Payment and Billing Issues

Payment Declined:

  • Ensure your payment details are correct and up-to-date.
  • Contact your bank to check for any restrictions.

Refund Requests:

  • Visit the “Orders” section and review your purchase.
  • Use the Intercom chatbot to submit a refund request.

4. Certification Problems

Can’t Download Certificates?

  • Ensure the class and quiz are marked as complete.
  • Navigate to the “Certifications” section in your dashboard.

Unable to Update Account Information?
