What is the REFRIGology© by Nexus Refrigeration platform?

REFRIGology is an online learning platform where students can purchase classes, watch video lessons/modules, take quizzes, and earn certifications for the commercial refrigeration industry.

How do I access my account

Click “Log In” in the top navigation bar and enter your email and password. If you’re a new user, your account is automatically created when you purchase your first class.

Training and Certification Questions

How do I purchase a Training?

Browse the Training catalog, select your desired class, course or certification path, and click “Purchase this class.” Complete your purchase through the checkout process.

How do I access a purchased training?

Log in to your account, go to “My Courses” in the dashboard, and click on the class title to begin.

What is a Certification Path?

A Certification Path is a long class made up of smaller, individual courses and classes. Completing all sub-classes and passing the final test earns you a special Certification Path certification along with certifications for each sub-class.

How do I earn a certification?

Watch all required videos, complete the class, and pass the quiz with a qualifying score. Certifications are available for download in the “My Certificates” section of your dashboard.

Technical Issues

I can’t log in. What should I do?

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset your password. If you still can’t log in, contact support via the Intercom chatbot.

Why isn’t my video loading?

Refresh your browser, clear your cache, or check your internet connection. If the issue persists, try switching to a different browser or device.

What should I do if a quiz doesn’t submit?

Ensure all questions are answered and your internet connection is stable. If you still have trouble, contact support via Intercom chatbot.

Account and Billing Questions

How do I update my account information?

Go to “Account Details” in your dashboard to update your name, email, or password. Save changes to apply updates.

How can I view my purchase history?

Go to the “Orders” section in your dashboard to see a list of all transactions and view order details.

How do I request a refund?

Use the Intercom chatbot to submit a refund request. Include details about the class and reason for the request.
